Terms & Conditions for Packages

  • Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by the hotel, transportation department and any new tax by the government. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
  • Package rates are valid as per the above mentioned validity dates and for the room category specified. Should the period of stay or room type change, above rates will not be valid.
  • Package rate is not applicable for Black out Period, ex- ‘Eid, Puja, Christmas, New Year’s, or long weekends.
  • Package rates are only valid on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
  • The final pricing will be applicable, based on the rate of exchange. Valid at the time of confirmation of the booking. This price is based on the current rate of exchange.
  • No refund for un-utilized services.
  • If the guest wishes to change itinerary or place of destination after booking of a package, you are required to pay the difference.
  • For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
  • Rates are quoted in BDT for specified number of people.
  • Sightseeing as mentioned in itinerary depend on the availability of time and climatic conditions.
  • City Tax/ Resort fees/ tourist taxes are not included in the package which must be paid directly to the hotel by the customer.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Package rates are quoted based on the size of your group and should the number of PAX decrease or increase, we reserve the right to revise the package rate without prior notice.
  • In case of Immigration/ Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in Full airfares (In case of inclusion of airfares with package) are subject to vary anytime also subject to availability.
  • Please ask your travel rep to clearly describe in details the policy of your package/air tickets/ visa filing/ etc.
  • Sometimes due to unforeseen situations, the need may arise for us to make slight changes to tour itinerary; guests are requested to cooperate with us.
  • Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 80 min from the touchdown of the flight. If the customer is delayed, then from for 1 hour an extra amount will be charged.
  • Strictly NO REFUND for un-utilized services once booking is made and confirmed.
  • No amendment (name changes, date changes, hotel change etc.) will be done once the booking is guaranteed.
  • We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems, with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancelation of flights by an airline/ train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity, etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price. Govt. taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be changed additionally.
  • We have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from an aspect of your Holiday.
  • Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
  • The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity, authenticating the person and shall not make a reservation using a fictitious name.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher/ confirmation, passport or other valid identity proof, flight/ air tickets.
  • For any amendment requests in the itinerary, please advise your travel rep 48 hours in advance and the request is subject to availability.

 

Terms & Conditions for Hotel booking

  • Hotel standard Check in/ Check out time is usually 14:00 Hours and 12:00 hours respectively. Reconfirm with your tour designer to be sure of the check in/ check out times.
  • Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions, and special events. A surcharge will be levied.
  • The final pricing will be applicable, based on the rate of exchange (ROE) valid at the time of confirmation of the booking. This price is based on the current ROE.
  • Guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort/ hotel where they are accommodated.
  • In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not available for you upon arrival at our destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
  • Inter-connecting rooms/ adjacent rooms/ rooms on the same floor or rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability.
  • Shorter stays than the booked stay and early check in/check out will be regarded as a cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
  • All the hotels have been given as per your budget; kindly visit their respective websites for better understanding before confirming.
  • Rooms are strictly subject to availability and the offer given to you on a special deal is valid for a limited period of time.

Terms and Condition for Visa Services

  • Akasbhari Holidays does not guarantee your visa as it is subject to immigration decision.
  • Please allow 8 to 10 working days (excluding public holidays and weekend) to process your visa.
  • Each country is different from others and have their own rules and processing time. Therefore, based on their rules and regulations Akasbhari holidays estimates the visa processing time, however, Akasbhari Holidays will not be responsible if the embassy takes longer than the estimated Period. Minimum visa processing time is 8 to 10 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
  • Akasbhari holidays always careful about their client’s documents. Akasbhari holidays will not be responsible for any damage or loss of documents or passports if acquired by the embassy.
  • If in any circumstances the embassy does not accept the application, Akasbhari holidays will not take any Liability, but convey the information to the customer as soon as possible.
  • In an Emergency Akasbhari holidays will have take a decision on behalf of their Clients.
  • If any circumstance arises and client wishes to withdraw their passport/file, Akasbhari holidays will not be responsible for the refusal of visa.
  • Certain embassy’ may require the applicant to attend personal interviews, Akasbhari Holidays Will Pass the Information to the Client as soon as possible, However, it is the responsibility of the client responsibility to attend the interview, Akasbhari Holidays will not take any responsible for any decisions made by embassy.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable after submission.
